Bet Rupe Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

1Agreement to These Terms

By accessing, registering on, or placing any bet or playing any game on the Bet Rupe platform (available at betrupe.net and any associated mobile applications), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms constitute the complete agreement between you and Bet Rupe in respect of your use of the platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform. Continuing to use the platform after any updated version of these Terms is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are written in English and are intended for use by players based in Pakistan. Where any term is ambiguous, it will be interpreted in a manner consistent with Pakistani legal standards and common online gaming practice.

2Eligibility & Age Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on Bet Rupe, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Bet Rupe strictly prohibits access to players under this age.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity).
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of Bet Rupe or its affiliated companies.
• You must not be registering primarily to exploit a promotional or bonus offer without the genuine intention of regular gaming activity.

Bet Rupe does not allow the creation of accounts on behalf of another person. Each player may hold only one registered account on the platform.

3Account Registration & Verification

Creating an account on Bet Rupe is free and requires a valid Pakistani mobile number. During registration you will be asked to provide:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or other government-issued identity document.
• A valid Pakistani mobile number (used for account access and two-factor authentication).
• A secure password of your choosing.
• Date of birth — for age verification purposes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Bet Rupe will never ask for your password via email, WhatsApp, SMS, or live chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately at support@betrupe.net.

Bet Rupe may ask you to verify your identity at any point, particularly before processing a large withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a Pakistani CNIC, passport, or driving licence. Verification requests are processed within 24 to 48 hours in normal circumstances.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

All transactions on Bet Rupe are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following deposit methods are currently supported:

Bet Rupe does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The deposit method and account name must match the registered account holder on Bet Rupe. Deposits identified as coming from a different person will be returned and may trigger an account review.

5Withdrawals

Winnings and balance withdrawals are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. Bet Rupe charges no withdrawal fees.

• Easypaisa / JazzCash / NayaPay / SadaPay: Typically processed in under 5 minutes after approval.
• IBFT Bank Transfer: Processed within 1–2 business hours.
• Visa / Mastercard: Processed within 24 hours; arrival time depends on your card issuer.

There is no stated minimum withdrawal amount for standard accounts. For accounts subject to enhanced verification, a minimum of Rs 500 may apply. The maximum single withdrawal amount and daily limits are set at the platform level and visible within your account cashier section.

Bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 6. You may not withdraw bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement. Withdrawing before a wagering requirement is complete will forfeit any remaining bonus balance but will not affect your cash balance.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Bet Rupe offers a range of bonuses to both new and existing players, including a 100% first deposit welcome bonus up to Rs 10,000, a referral programme paying up to Rs 1,500 per referred friend, and periodic promotional offers tied to PSL matches and other cricket events.

Bet Rupe reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to matched betting, staking patterns designed purely to clear wagering requirements, or using multiple accounts — will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account suspension.

7Cricket Betting Rules

Cricket betting on Bet Rupe covers all major competitions including the Pakistan Super League (PSL), Pakistan international matches, the ICC T20 World Cup, Asia Cup, and other bilateral series. The following rules apply to all cricket betting markets:

• Match Winner: Bets are settled on the official result of the match as declared by the relevant cricket board. The DLS (Duckworth-Lewis-Stern) method result is treated as the official result for all affected markets unless otherwise stated.
• Abandoned / No Result: If a match is abandoned without a ball being bowled or before a result can be determined, all match-winner bets are voided and stakes returned. Markets that were already settled (e.g., toss result) are not affected.
• Match Winner — Rain-Affected: If a match is reduced in overs by weather and a result is determined via DLS, bets stand. If the match cannot be completed to a result under DLS, bets are voided.
• Over/Under Markets: In the event a match is abandoned before the designated number of overs in a market are completed, the market is voided unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules.
• Top Batsman / Top Bowler: These markets refer to the player scoring the most runs or taking the most wickets for their team in the specified match. In the case of a tie, the market is settled as a dead heat and returns are divided proportionally.
• Live In-Play Bets: Live bets are accepted up to the point the market is suspended. Bet Rupe closes live markets at key moments (start of an over, fall of a wicket). Bets placed after a market-affecting event has occurred but before the market closes on Bet Rupe's system are subject to voiding at Bet Rupe's discretion.
• Venue Changes: If a match is moved to a neutral venue after bets have been placed, bets stand unless the match is moved to the home ground of either team, in which case Bet Rupe may void affected markets at its discretion with stakes returned.

8Casino & Game Rules

All casino games on Bet Rupe — including slots, roulette, poker, baccarat, and Ludo — use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. The certification covers the fairness of outcomes and the statistical return-to-player (RTP) figures advertised for each game.

• The RTP for each slot game is visible in the game information panel before you start playing. RTP figures are theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions.
• Poker games on Bet Rupe are player-versus-player. Bet Rupe does not participate as a player and takes a rake (commission) on pot winnings as described in the poker section of the platform.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game — including disconnection, server error, or software fault — the round will be void and your stake returned to your balance. Bet Rupe is not liable for malfunction-related losses where the stake has been returned.
• Ludo games follow standard Ludo rules. In multiplayer Ludo, if a player disconnects and does not reconnect within the time specified in the game lobby, they forfeit that round and their stake is distributed according to the game's rules.

9Referral Programme

The Bet Rupe referral programme allows registered players to earn PKR rewards by referring new players to the platform. The programme operates as follows:

• Each registered player receives a unique referral code and link accessible from their account dashboard.
• A referral is valid when a new player registers using the referrer's code and makes a qualifying first deposit of Rs 500 or more.
• The referring player receives the applicable tier reward (Rs 500 to Rs 1,500 per referral depending on their current tier) credited to their account as real PKR with no wagering requirement.
• The referred player receives Rs 200 in addition to the standard welcome bonus.
• Self-referrals — where a player creates a second account to refer themselves — are strictly prohibited and will result in the cancellation of both accounts and all balances.
• Referral bonuses are credited only once per unique referred player. If the referred player later closes and re-registers, no further referral bonus is payable.

Bet Rupe reserves the right to modify the referral programme structure, tier thresholds, and per-referral reward amounts at any time. Changes will be announced on the platform before they take effect and will not affect referrals that have already been earned and credited.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Bet Rupe platform. Violation of any of these conditions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other point.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the platform.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account credentials without their explicit consent.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or use of non-public information in cricket betting markets.
• Using automated bots, software scripts, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or software errors in games or the betting platform rather than reporting them to support.
• Attempting to launder money or use Bet Rupe as a conduit for financial crime of any kind.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other multiplayer game.
• Conducting charge-back requests on deposits for which corresponding bets have already been placed.

11Account Suspension & Termination

Bet Rupe reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Discovery that the player is under 18 years of age.
• Failure to comply with a verification or identity confirmation request within a reasonable timeframe.
• Extended period of account inactivity (defined as 12 consecutive months with no login or transaction).

Players may close their own account at any time by contacting support at support@betrupe.net. Any remaining verified cash balance will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method within 5 business days of account closure.

12Responsible Gaming

13Intellectual Property

All content on the Bet Rupe platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, icons, and structural design — is the intellectual property of Bet Rupe or its licensed content partners. Nothing on the platform grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Bet Rupe's intellectual property without prior written consent.

The Bet Rupe name and logo may not be used in any form of advertising, social media content, or other publication without explicit written approval from the Bet Rupe team.

14Limitation of Liability

Bet Rupe's liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from the use of the platform is limited to the amount of cash funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. Bet Rupe is not liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of earnings, loss of opportunity, or any consequential or indirect loss arising from the use of the platform.
• Disruptions to the platform caused by events outside Bet Rupe's reasonable control, including but not limited to power outages, internet service disruptions, or government-mandated platform restrictions.
• Actions taken by third-party payment providers in respect of deposits or withdrawals, including delays, errors, or refusals originating with the payment provider's systems.
• Any loss resulting from a player sharing their account credentials with another person.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Bet Rupe's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter where such exclusion is not permitted under applicable Pakistani law.

15Amendments to These Terms

Bet Rupe reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes — those that significantly affect player rights or obligations — will be announced on the platform at least 7 days before they take effect. Minor changes (corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not change the substance of any term) may be made without advance notice.

The version of the Terms in effect at the time any dispute arises is the version that applies to that dispute. Players are advised to review the Terms periodically. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page.

Continuing to use the Bet Rupe platform after an updated version of these Terms is published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you may close your account in accordance with Section 11 before the amendment takes effect.
